Pura Vida Homes is a studio owned by a Germany-based couple, who fell in love with the island of Mallorca some years ago. Having gone through the hassle of coordinating renovation works of their own apartment, they decided to make use of their passion for high-quality and tasteful renovation and their local contacts to create charming holiday homes.

The cooperation with local real-estate specialists, a well-established boutique architecture studio PS Arquitectos and an interior designer results in authentic, fully renovated and ready-to-move-in apartments for private ownership. All that is missing in their finished homes is your toothbrush.
